Banana and Peanut Butter Overnight Oats

Part of my diet plan this year is this overnight oats. If you’re too busy to make your own breakfast and just buy one at your favorite fast food chain or food stores, this blog may help you to reduce your expenditures in food and have more money to save plus, it can give you health benefits too!

Overnight Oats, from the words itself, are oats that were soaked overnight. It sucks up the liquid that you put in it—it may be an almond milk, or just a milk. You can also put yogurt and honey if you want. You can also add fruits, but make sure that all the ingredients that you put will compliment each other. We don’t want some overnight oats with weird taste after all!
